Ristorante Santo Food Turismo Rochus Aust + Collective December 31, 2009 – January 1, 2010
Tradition has killed the enjoyment of a New Year’s feast: for many years now it has been a matter of the same elements contributing to a merriment which has become bland. Everybody knows the exact course of events – in advance.
MOCA London was the UK pitstop of the trans European tour of all 21 performance menus designed by Marinetti in his Futurist Cookbook which are being performed by Rochus Aust’s performance collective. The performance was videoed and we will soon make it available online.
